The WikiBotanicals web interface has 5 main sections: User Tools, Namespace Tabs, Navigation Box, Search, and Toolbox.

User Tools

The User Tools are available in the upper-right corner of your web browser upon login:

1. Username: Select your user name to access your User Page.
2. My Talk: Select "my talk" to visit your discussion page.
3. My Escrows: Select "my escrows" to visit your WikiSafe account page.
4. My Preferences: Select "my preferences" to view your WikiBotanicals user preferences.
5. My Watchlist: Select "my watchlist" to view pages on your watchlist.
6. My Contributions: Select "my contributions" to see a summary of contributions you made to WikiBotanicals.
7. Log Out: Select "log out" to logout of WikiBotanicals.

Namespace Tabs

The Namespace tabs identify the 8 groupings of content on WikiBotanicals:

1. Article Namespace: Articles are displayed in the "Article Namespace."
2. Image Namespace: Images uploaded to WikiBotanicals are assigned an image page in the "Image Namespace."
3. Template Namespace: Templates can be created in the "Template Namespace."
4. Category Namespace: Categories are displayed in the "Category Namespace."
5. User Page Namespace: User Pages are displayed in the "User Namespace."
6. Project Page Namespace: Administrators collaborate in the "Project Namespace."
7. Help Namespace: Users collaborate on "help" topics in the "Help Namespace."
8. Special Page Namespace: Special Pages are displayed in the "Special Namespace."

Navigation Box

1. Main Page: Links back to the Main Page ---you can also click on the logo in the upper-left corner.
2. Top Articles: The "Top Articles" Special Page lists the articles with the most ads.
3. New Ad Gallery: The "New Ad Gallery" displays the new ad images posted.
4. Recent Changes: "Recent Changes" lists the most recent changes to WikiBotanicals.
5. Main Categories: The "Main Categories" are the broadest categories available. You can use these or create new ones.
6. Help: "Help" links to the Help Namespace.

Search Box

Search WikiBotanicals using the "Search Box". The search function defaults to the article namespace.

Toolbox

1. What Links Here: This special page summarizes pages that link to the current page.
2. Related Changes: This special page lists recent changes on linked pages.
3. Upload File: Upload an image file to the Image Namespace.
4. Special Pages: Special Pages are displayed in the "Special Namespace."
5. Printable Version: This link provides a "stripped-down" version of the page being viewed for printing.
6. Permanent Link: A permanent link is commonly understood as a link to a specific version of an article. Store versions for reference if an article is changed.
