A WikiSafe Status Page is used to manage an escrow exchange between you and a buyer or seller. Make a WikiSafe offer on any buy/sell ad to launch your Status Page. Send offers, place your money is escorw, download shipping labels, track shipments, send messages, and more ---WikiSafe automatically e-mails buyer and seller when the Status Page is updated. Buyer or seller can "Make a WikiSafe Offer", launch a WikiSafe Status Page, and initiate an escrow.

Buyer/Seller Split-Screen Display

The WikiSafe Status Page is a shared, split-screen display for the buyer and seller (Buyer information on the left; Seller information on the right). Following is a breakdown of the Status Page:

1. Transaction Summary
2. Status: Current status of the escrow.
3. Buyer/Seller Shipping Addresses
4. Countdown Window: Buyer and Seller have 4 days to commit to each step in the escrow exchange. If the buyer or seller do not respond, the escrow expires automatically and the funds are returned to the appropriate party.
5. Transaction Options: The Selling Price, Payment Preference, and Shipping Preferences can be selected.
6. Buyer/Seller Messages: Messages sent between buyer and seller are summarized here.
7. Buyer/Seller Instructions
8. Form Submit Button

The Status Page's step-by-step payment and shipping tools guarantee safe exchanges because payment is collected by WikiSafe, but not released, until the item has been shipped, received, and it's condition accepted.
